up
Creates and starts an instance of CluedIn.
If the containers for CluedIn do not exist, they will be created and started. If they do exist, they will be restarted.

up [[-Env] <string>] [-Tag <string>] [-TagOverride <string[]>] [-Disable <string[]>] [-Pull]
